This space is an open air courtyard in a multi-story office building on Dove Street in Newport Beach, ailment CA.
The client requested an “oriental garden” look for the space. We responded with the sand and boulder theme hardscape, treat repurposed the existing fountain into the water feature shown, and added accent Japanese Maple and small pines in the planters.
